Ping Pong the Animation (anno 2014; episodi 11)

La storia è incentrata su Tsukimoto (soprannominato Smile) e Hoshino (detto Peco), amici d'infanzia che giocano a ping pong sin da quando erano studenti delle elementari. Tsukimoto, l'impassibile ragazzo con gli occhiali, descritto come un robot da tutti quelli che lo conoscono, gioca "per passare il tempo"; Hoshino, carismatico e stravagante, gioca perché "ama il ping pong e odia perdere".

Anime sportivo dalla particolare animazione, come si può vedere dall'immagine sotto. Regia molto studiata, a tratti sperimentale. Lo sviluppo della trama lascia qualche dubbio nella gestione dell'arco temporale lungo gli undici episodi. Non male la caratterizzazione dei personaggi. Da vecchio giocatore di ping pong ho apprezzato nel complesso la serie, anche se onestamente manca forse di quell'intensità emotiva capace di fare entrare l'anime nel cuore dello spettatore.

Mushishi Zoku Shou è ritornato con la seconda parte.
Non ho più parole... va ben oltre il concetto di meraviglia.
Ogni volta impartisce lezioni di stile.
Semplicemente incantevole.

L'ultimo episodio andato in onda si intitola:

"Lingering Crimson" - "Nokori Beni" (残り紅)
"Rosso Cremisi Che Persiste..."

Ultimamente ho guardato "Kiseijuu - L'ospite indesiderato"



e "Tokyo Ghoul" (prima serie)



In entrambi i casi vediamo contrapposti i conflitti umani/mostri, comunque ritengo che la vera sorpresa
sia Kiseijuu. Davvero ben sviluppato. Ghoul punta molto sulla truculenza e lo spettacolo.
